Epic adventures

“I like Hawaii because it is a totally different environment from that in Korea. As I look back on my 30 years of living in Hawaiʻi, I realize that I am such a lucky man to be surrounded by the natural beauties of the island as well as good people who radiate the Aloha Spirit. I think that this is the value of the name, Hawaiʻi.”
– Paul, owner of NSBB

Sharing the Aloha

One tour at a time

Paul is the owner of North Shore Beach Bus (NSBB). Founded and created in March 2016, NSBB is a relatively new experience located on the island of Oʻahu.

Born and raised in Korea, Paul’s dream was to learn English, and to eventually go to America to finish his college degree. After graduating from high school, he joined the military – a mandatory requirement of all Korean men. When he completed his military duty, he made the decision to move to Hawaiʻi, and to pursue a degree in tourism industry management at Brigham Young University-Hawaiʻi (BYUH).

Paul’s first impressions of Hawaiʻi left an indelible mark on him, so while he pursued his course of studies in college, he began his dreams of creating a business in his new home. After working at the PCC for nearly 5 years and gaining expereince in the tourism industry, he knew he had found his calling.  The NSBB was created with a desire to share the aloha spirit with all who visit Hawaii so they too can fall in love with the beauty and magic of Hawaii and create memories that will last them long after their trip to Hawaii.

Let The Adventure Begin

The day begins by taking guests directly from Waikiki to Oahu’s world famous North Shore. Destinations such as Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay Beach Park or Waimea Falls (optional) will be included to show the most popular locations on the North Shore. We may, time permitting, spend time visiting with the turtles over at Turtle Beach.

Lunch is located at Tsue’s farm, also known as Turtle Town, where you will have some of the best coconut shrimp on the island. For those individuals looking to add some activities to their tour, we offer stand up paddle boarding or kayaking.

The next stop includes the Dole Pineapple Plantation for a serving of tasty pineapple ice cream.

We then begin our drive south on the H3 where you will enjoy some of the most beautiful landscapes on the planet. Along the H3, you will see where great Hollywood productions such as “Jurassic Park” and T.V. hit series “Lost” were filmed. (depending on traffic or weather an alternate route to Hanauma Bay may be used).

Once we reach Hanauma Bay guests will enjoy snorkeling inside of a dormant volcano allowing them to see hundreds of different types of fish, coral and maybe a turtle or two.
